We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below is our Return and Exchange Policy, designed to ensure that you’re happy with your purchase.
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your plush toy, we offer returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You can return your item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Plush toys should not be washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on plush toys that have been opened or used.
- Shipping Fees for Returns: You, the customer, are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returns, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@yannfairy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return instructions.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different plush toy, color, or size, we are happy to assist you. Please note the following:
- Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: The item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept exchanges for used or damaged items.
- Shipping Fees for Exchanges: You, the customer, are responsible for covering the shipping costs of exchanges, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- How to Exchange: Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and how to place a new order for the replacement item.
3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process once the return has been received.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). In such cases, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

- Provide a full refund for your order. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
